My friend...

For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. --Hebrews 4:15-16

With boldness, therefore, at the throne Let us make all our sorrows known And ask the aid of heavenly power To help us in the evil hour.

"Thank You, Lord, for this encouragement. It's so hard to suffer alone, and in ministry it often seems we have no one with whom we can openly share. Thank You that You know and understand. Amen."

I have a good friend, he talks to me to a point...But sometimes when it comes to matters of the heart it seems that a wall goes up. Sometimes I wish he could trust me fully, sometimes I realize it's really none of my business, I realize that I do not want to pry and wonder if prying would be appropriate at the time.

My friend is often betrayed, or must feel betrayed and my heart goes out to him. Sometimes we are so wrapped up in the way we ourselves feel that we don't see those we are hurting around us...So if you happen to think of it in various points of your life pray for this friend of mine....Because he needs strength and encouragement too. God knows my friend and he will know when you pray for him.
